Minehead Middle School respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information that is shared with us.
This website can be used without any personal information being entered. The only information that is collected is your IP address, date, time and page accessed, web browser and operating system used. These are logged for statistical analysis purposes and for the diagnosis of problems with the site software.
You can also sign up to use this site as a registered user. This process can store your name, address, phone number and email address. It is also used for the tracking of purchases from the secure shop. This data is stored electronically within a database. We do not store any card details.
This data is only used within the school and is not divulged to any third party outside the school, in accordance with current Data Protection legislation.
Payments to the secure shop which utilise credit or debit card payments are handled by Google Payment Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom as an electronic money institution. They have their own terms and conditions and privacy policy, which should be read by you when you use the service.
